Returns process
- Please email us to request return we will confirm your return providing it isn’t an exempt item or past the return end date
- Post your item to us with address given and slip of paper with order number and name on it
- Once we have received the item and checked it for its condition we will issue your refund unless it is an exchange where we will send the new item to you
